Contract
Once you have approved the quote we will send you a contract outlining the expectations for both parties. This contract will include the scope of work, the timeline, and the payment schedule. It will also include information regarding the materials and products being used, warranties, and any other relevant information.

Work Begins
We understand that projects can be disruptive to your home and lifestyle. That’s why our team works hard to complete projects quickly and efficiently. Following the first installment payment, materials will be ordered. Work will not begin until all materials have arrived. This will guarantee the work is completed in a timely manner by preventing work stoppages. Work will continue daily until the project is finished.

Keeping you Informed
Once the project is underway, we will keep you informed at every step of the way with regular updates and progress reports. At the end of the project, we will complete the finishing touches and perform a walk through to ensure that nothing has been missed and all the work is satisfactory. If you have concerns or questions at any point along the way they will be addressed promptly.

Work Completed
Upon completion of the work we will clean the project areas so they are ready for use and make sure there are no loose ends that need attention. If applicable, will also provide warranties on all materials and products used during the process, and if any issues arise after we complete the project, you can still contact us.
